Best Restaurants in Liverpool For Escort Dates

Taking one of our sexy Liverpool escorts out for dinner? What a gentleman you are. Sitting opposite a sexy woman with a few drinks and some decent food between you is a much nicer way to break the ice than heading straight to the hotel room. Well, for some of you, at least...

Below are five Liverpool dinner date spots worth considering, from good, old-fashioned fine dining and skyline views to steakhouses where you can eat extremely well without breaking the bank.

Please note: Google ratings and menu prices are approximate and may change. Always check the restaurant's current menu and availability before arranging your date.

Panoramic 34

Address: 34th Floor, West Tower, Brook Street, Liverpool L3 9PJ

Average price: £55 for two courses or £70 for three courses; optional wine flight around £25

Google rating: 4.5/5 (2,500+ reviews)

Hoping to impress your date before either of you has even looked at the menu? Look no further than Panoramic 34. Sitting around 300 feet above Liverpool on the 34th floor of West Tower, the restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-degree views across the Mersey, waterfront, city centre and Wirral. It is quite literally one of the highest places you can take a woman for dinner in the UK.

The current dinner menu costs £55 for two courses or £70 for three, with dishes changing seasonally. Expect things along the lines of fresh pasta and risotto alongside fish, chicken and fillet of beef, followed by some pretty elaborate desserts (we won't spoil them for you). There's also an extensive wine list, while the optional wine flight gives you the option to pick the perfect bottle that goes best with your dinner.

Our tip? Request a window table when you book and check Liverpool's sunset time for the date you're visiting. There's nothing more romantic than watching the sun disappear over the Mersey, whereas autumn and spring sunsets suit an earlier table. There's also a cocktail lounge, and selected cocktails are currently two-for-one between 5 pm and 7 pm, Wednesday to Friday, so you could arrive early and have a drink together before dinner.

Panoramic 34 has a smart dress code, so be sure to make a little effort... although we doubt you will need to remind your escort twice when there's an excuse to wear something glamorous.

The Art School Restaurant

Address: 1 Sugnall Street, Liverpool L7 7EB

Menu prices: Prix Fixe £45; Menu Excellence £105; Tasting Menu £135 per person

Google rating: 4.7/5

Looking to show off your elegant side? The Art School is the most traditional fine-dining option on this list, set inside the lantern room of a Victorian building dating back to 1888. There are only 48 seats in the main restaurant, with views towards the kitchen, so it feels considerably more intimate than Liverpool’s larger steakhouses.

And no... you don't have to spend £135 each to eat here. The current three-course Prix Fixe costs £45 and includes dishes such as beef fillet mignon, Loch Etive trout, smoked haddock soufflé, guinea fowl, Cheshire venison and sea bream, followed by a trio of Art School desserts. If you are looking to splash out a little, the £105 Excellence menu begins with Champagne and a chef’s snack, while the eight-course Tasting Menu costs £135 with an optional £75 wine flight. The latter currently moves through dishes such as Scottish girolles, Loch Fyne scallop, Liverpool Bay sea bass and Cheshire fallow deer before dessert.

The location also gives you a couple of handy options. Liverpool Philharmonic Hall is practically opposite, making the early Prix Fixe particularly handy before a concert, while The Art School Cellars stays open until midnight Tuesday to Saturday. You can therefore move downstairs for cocktails or wine after eating instead of immediately hunting for another bar. The wine list itself runs to around 250 bins, including wines by the glass and Coravin pours, and the Cellars currently hosts live jazz on selected Saturdays.

Hawksmoor Liverpool

Address: India Buildings, 8 Brunswick Street, Liverpool L2 0PL

Average price: Early Evening Menu £23 for two courses or £28 for three; steaks from £27

Google rating: 4.7/5

Hawksmoor is our pick if you consider yourself a meat lover. It occupies the Grade II-listed India Buildings, with a Roaring Twenties-inspired dining room, original fittings, reclaimed timber and a rather gorgeous Art Deco bar. Some of the brass ceiling lights even started life as Parisian streetlights in the 1920s... considerably more interesting than another grey-and-beige chain restaurant.

Steak is obviously the reason most people come. The current à la carte menu lists a 275g rump at £27, 350g sirloin at £38 and rib-eye from £41, while fillet starts at £42. Bigger appetites can move onto Chateaubriand, porterhouse or prime rib priced by weight. There's plenty beyond beef too, including oysters, scallops, smoked salmon, crab, lobster and charcoal-roasted fish.

However, the Early Evening Menu is probably the best option for a date. Two courses cost £23, and three cost £28, with a 35-day dry-aged rump steak among the current mains alongside hake, charcoal chicken and roasted cauliflower. It's available Monday to Thursday from 4.30 pm to 9 pm, but only from 3 pm to 5.45 pm on Friday and Saturday.

As for cocktails, current drinks include classics such as an Old Fashioned alongside Hawksmoor’s own steakhouse cocktails, generally around the £13–£17 mark. Afterwards, you're only about a minute from both James Street and Moorfields stations, with Castle Street and the waterfront close enough to continue the evening on foot.

Gaucho Liverpool

Address: 7 Water Street, Liverpool L2 0RD

Average price: Steaks from around £20; sharing cuts from £72

Google rating: 4.4/5

Think you've got yourself a companion who would much rather get dressed up and go somewhere a little livelier? Gaucho is the place to be, then.

The Liverpool restaurant fills the former Bank of Liverpool on Water Street, and the building itself is a feast for the eyes. We're talking a huge barrel-vaulted former banking hall, marble columns, a glamorous bar and enough room for around 200 diners. There are also four private dining spaces, a late-night bar and regular live music, meaning the evening doesn't have to end when the meal is done.

The current menu is built around Argentinian beef. A 200g rump is around £20, a 300g sirloin around £37, rib-eye £39.75 and fillet from £39.50. If the two of you would rather share, the 450g Chateaubriand is around £72, while the enormous 1.2kg Gaucho Platter combines sirloin, rump, rib-eye and fillet for £130. Smaller plates include beef tartare tacos at £9.95 and grilled mini chorizo at £10, so you can quite easily start with a few things between you before deciding how hungry you really are.

You are also only a short walk from the River Mersey and Liverpool waterfront, which gives you somewhere sensible to head afterwards if neither of you wants another drink just yet. Gaucho itself stays open until 11 pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30 pm on Sunday.

Cowshed Liverpool

Address: 104 Seel Street, Liverpool L1 4BL

Current steak prices: £17–£32.50; Greedy Cow sharing plate £71 for two

Google rating: 4.8/5

Do you really need linen tablecloths and a sommelier hovering nearby to have a good dinner date? Of course not. Sometimes steak, a bottle of wine and a sexy woman sat across from you will do the job rather nicely.

Cowshed is the most casual option here and, unsurprisingly, is almost entirely about beef (clue's in the name, eh?). Its current menu has an 8oz flat iron for £17, rump for £17.50, rib-eye for £24, 12oz sirloin for £30 and fillet for £32.50. Sauces are £3.40, while sides include fries, truffle-butter mushrooms, sweet potato mash and chorizo-creamed greens. Going together? Order the wonderfully named Greedy Cow. For £71, two people get flat iron, rump and rib-eye on one plate with two sauces and two sides. You can upgrade one of the cuts to sirloin or fillet by paying the difference.

The location of the venue is also worth mentioning, since you're already in the Ropewalks nightlife area. Not only are you surrounded by bars, but you're also only a short walk from plenty of the best escort-friendly hotels in Liverpool.
